Academic work on phase transitions and critical phenomena as well as new approaches to digital humanities. Co-Director of the L4 collaboration with sister groups in Universität Leipzig (Germany), Université de Lorraine (France) and the Institute of Condensed Matter Physics in Lviv (Ukraine). Honorary Doctorate from National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2019.
