The Installation is not easy to capture in photo images but visualise yourself standing inside a rippling iridescent enclosure created from shimmering translucent silk panels. Nine large copper cauldrons are suspended, floating within the area. inside the area. It is a very liminal space. You can see through easily enough but the outside world is distant, not distorted, but ‘other’. The lininal qualities are enhanced by the echoing changing soundscape of blended whispered word and musical sea sound. Swimming like small fish on the silk hanging panels are words which hint at Sinann’s story.
